Washing

Cold water, mild detergent, gentle cycle
No bleach or fabric softeners

How Often

Wash every 1–2 weeks or after heavy use

Drying & Deodorising

Air dry in the shade only (no tumble drying)
Add pet-safe white vinegar to the wash for odour control

Blot gently, don’t rub
Spot treat with mild detergent or diluted vinegar/lemon (test first)
Rinse with cool water
Use enzyme detergent for oil stains
Avoid bleach and harsh scrubbing

Does it still work without air conditioning?

Yes — it's designed to feel cool on contact even without AC or a fan running. If it ever feels warm after heavy use, just let it air out in a ventilated spot for a bit and it resets.

What's it actually made of?

A soft PP fill inside a breathable FujiCloud® outer layer, machine-sewn for a puffy, huggable shape. (You might notice visible stitching — that's normal, it's what keeps the fill evenly distributed.)

How do I wash it?

Machine-washable on a gentle cycle with cold water, a laundry bag is recommended. Hang dry in the shade — skip the dryer and bleach. No prolonged soaking.

Is it safe for daily use / for pets who dig and bite?

Yes, built to hold up to normal pet use — digging, kneading, the works.

What size do I need?

Mini (50×70cm) for cats and small dogs Classic (70×100cm) for medium dogs and cats
Maxi (90×120cm) for bigger breeds, Pawrent (152×203cm) for sharing.
