Q: What makes Fuji’s Haven blankets different?
A: Our blankets are designed with love, inspired by our own pup, Fuji. They’re made to be cooling, lightweight, and ultra-soft — perfect for pets who get hot easily or love cosying up without overheating.

Q: What sizes are available?
A: We currently offer three sizes to suit different pets and spaces:

  • Small (50 x 70 cm) – Perfect for puppies, cats, or small breeds

  • Medium (70 x 100 cm) – Ideal for medium-sized dogs or to cover more space in crates, beds, or the sofa

  • Large (90 x 120 cm) – Great for larger breeds or for full coverage on couches, beds, or car seats

Q: Can I wash the blanket?
A: Yes! Our blankets are machine-washable. For best results, wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang dry in the shade. Avoid bleach and high heat.

Q: What to do when the blanket becomes warm?
A: When the blanket becomes warm, just take it off your pet for a few minutes and let it cool down naturally in a well-ventilated spot with good airflow — near a fan, air-con, or on a cool tiled floor. Then it’s ready to be used again!

Q: Why are there visible stitches on the Cloud Blanket?
A: Our blankets are machine-sewn and filled with soft PP cotton to create that puffy, cloud-like feel. Some stitches may be visible along the edges — this is part of the construction process and doesn’t affect comfort or usability.

Q: Is it suitable for all seasons?
A: Absolutely. While the material is designed to stay cool to the touch — perfect for warmer climates — it's also warm and plush enough for year-round use.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within Asia, and we’re working on expanding to more! If you'd love Fuji’s Haven in your country, let us know.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: We want you (and your pet!) to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, drop us a message at hello@fujihaven.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We accept returns or exchanges as long as the item is unwashed, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send over a return shipping label if it’s approved. Note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. 

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personal messages?
A: Not at the moment — but we’re working on something special for future gift options!
