A: We currently ship within Asia, and we’re working on expanding to more! If you'd love Fuji’s Haven in your country, let us know.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: We want you (and your pet!) to be happy. If there’s an issue with your order, drop us a message at [hello@fujihaven.com]. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item — items must be unwashed, unused and in original condition and packaging.
